About Me
Hello,
My name is Jessica, I am born and raised here in Monroe/Greene County. I am a mother of 2 adult children and a grandmother of 1 spoiled rotten little baby boy. Not to mention 3 fur babies and 3 fur grand pups!
I have always loved to cook and bake; I could not have asked for any better teachers than my 2 grandma’s Bertie Bell and Bessie Thrasher. Ever since, I can remember I’ve had a love for baking. From cookies, pies (especially the mud pies I used to make my brother eat). Not to worry, I grew out of that stage. I grew up making cakes, cupcakes, homemade breads and pastries. If either of them was in the kitchen, you could find me in there with them.
I love to know what ingredients I am using and baking with. That’s why all my desserts and breads are made from scratch!
I was probably the only teenager that would make their own desserts from scratch! As I got older my dessert adventures grew into me making everything I could from scratch and homemade!
I would always try to make my kids and my family a special birthday cake, cupcake, cookie cake, cheesecake or pie. It’s one of my joys to see their eyes light up or the sweet sound of them making the “yum” noise.
As my kids got older, I was able to take my time and put more detail into my work as a baker. I was able to get more creative as well.
So, I started baking and selling more and more desserts by word of mouth. Which is now a little bit of a downside. Mainly due to me not taking high quality photos of my desserts before sending them out the door! So bare with me as you scroll through my FB post of my cakes. Some of the photos are not very good. But I can promise you the cakes tasted GREAT!
I do ask that you give me at least 24hrs to respond, as I also work full-time! All orders need to be placed within 7-14 days’ notice for all dessert orders. However, there are times when I may be able to get a quicker turnaround time. So don’t be afraid to ask…

Ordering Information
A deposit is due at the time you place your order. This is half of your order total. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery.
ALL local deliveries within a 15-mile radius are included in the pricing. Deliveries beyond this distance will incur an additional fee.
Please be aware that all prices may change based on the cost of ingredients and materials.
Once your order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for the items.
For the best freshness, cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes, cheesecakes, and certain pies should be refrigerated for 1-2 hours (depending on size) before serving. Keeping these items in high heat or humidity may cause them to spoil or melt.
If you have a dessert idea that I haven't mentioned, feel free to reach out! You never know what can be created!

IMPORTANT INFORMANTION BEFORE YOU ORDER
All round cakes are 4 layers, unless requested otherwise. Each cake is priced with a basic design. There will be an extra fee for non-traditional designs such as Characters, edible flowers, painted flowers, toppings, etc.
All Sheet Cakes are 1 layer. *Can do 2 or more layers upon request & for an additional fee*

Knowing how much cake you need is always the hardest decision, but I got you covered with this handy dandy guide below! Before you pick what size cake you will need, it’s important to determine or at least have an idea on what size slices you will be cutting. For my tall round cakes, the servings are approximately 2”x 1” x 8” to 10” tall (these are thick layers).

*Please note that the images below are an example only. My cakes have 2 ½” to 3” thick layers have one extra layer, allowing for at least one more serving portion. *
Pricing below breaks down the fee for a “Classic Flavored” or our “Specialty Flavored” with a 4-layer round cake! Each layer is approximately 2 ½ to 3” tall!
Cake portion sizes are based off a “Party Portion” slice of 1” x 2” x 8” to 10” tall. I recommend that you cut the cake in ½ or ¼ to get more portions.
